Refund policy

In the rare case that an item is defective (e.g., misprinted, incorrect size or colour, damaged) we will issue a refund. Refund and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase.

Given the fact that your item is embroidered specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds for any other reason, including sizing and style.
